Jeffrey Liebman, Professor of Public Policy, Harvard University and Director of the Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston will discuss the results of his recent survey of 1000 Massachusetts mothers about their childcare preferences and describe his proposal to increase the share of Massachusetts 0-5 year olds with access to high-quality formal childcare from 53 percent to 65 percent over the next five years.
